ok so this person was in ra saying free servers me being retarded assumed hey free teamspeak or vent.. soo i said ok cool ill take it the person gave me a password and stuff then i went to the site it told me to and realized its a site to hack and download movies and games and whatnot

am i gunna get banned for this?

Pretty sure visiting warez/hack sites can't get you banned.

im pretty sure you wont get banned or your account hacked. Just know from now on, dont pay attention to the spamming-free-things-people

I am very sure you wont get banned lol, just make sure that you scan for any viruses and spyware if you don't already have an anti-virus program. Never know what can come from places like that.

You'd have to physically run an illeagal program that gives you an unfair advantage yada yada to get yourself banned, so i am sure you'll be okay.

Yeah, the worst that can happen is getting your account stolen via a keylogger and/or banned from these forums for posting someone elses screename.

i wouldn't go to any site anyone in-game tells you about. Unless it's a site you know about already. Other than that, you won't get banned, but you will get yourself into trouble with viruses, key loggers, and if you use their services related to gws, then you will get possibly banned.

i used hijackthis and checked my comp nothing looked out of place or suspicious id never use the program the guy gave me i dont even know what ftp stands for and yes its my fault cant blame the guy that did it for catching a sucker but anywho thanks for the responses kind and otherwise

File Transfer Protocol. Usually you just transfer files between computers in an explorer-like interface.
